This month America's
Voices celebrates its second anniversary as a conservative
educational and opinion webzine (see our mission statement
here), as we also celebrate and honor the memory and
sacrifices of those American patriots who participated in the
D-Day invasion (see our D-Day inaugural issue
here). Please see this section, "
Honoring Their Memory And Sacrifices" which is dedicated to the
Greatest Generation and its achievements.
We offer our continued
thanks and appreciation to the commentators, political
cartoonists, and readers who have contributed thoughtful
essays, columns, humor and letters to our site. And a
special thanks to three who have been with us from the
beginning: Dr. Michael Bowen, Jim Cohen, and Jeremy Reynalds.
Without all of you, we would not have reached this milestone.
Nearly 20 new writers
sought publication here in the past year, which demonstrates
the on-going demand and need for grassroots Internet
publishing for Americans seeking a platform to express their
views to a wide audience. This fact energizes our
commitment to continue providing that platform.
With a world that has
changed radically and dramatically since we began publishing
two years ago, we believe our mission is as important today as
it was then. We pledge to continue providing the level
of information, knowledge and resources to our growing
readership that you have come to expect.
Above all, we thank you,
our readers, for making this past year so successful.
